Worried Life Blues een van de meest gecoverde Bluessongs ter wereld, het is een 8-bar blues uit 1941voor het eerst opgenomen door Big Maceo. Worried life blues is in de loop der jaren ook veel vermengd geweest met Someday Baby Blues uit 1935. Er zijn ook veel varianten op de song gemaakt oa. door BB King "Aint gonna worry my life no more" en Bob Dylan "Someday Baby". Één van de betere versies staat op de cd "Ridin' with the King" een duetten album van BB King en Eric Clapton.
